Items Required for Preliminary Credit Approval
1.      Most recent paycheck stub from all borrowers
2.      W2 forms for two most recent years
3.      1065, 1120 or 1120S business tax returns (if self employed) for two most   recent years
4.      Most recent bank statement for savings, checking, or investment account
5.      Date of birth of each borrower 
 
 Items Required for Absolute Credit Approval
1.      30 days worth of paycheck stubs from all borrowers
2.      W2 forms for two most recent years
3.      1040 tax returns (Federal only) for two most recent years
4.      1065, 1120 or 1120S business tax returns (if self employed) for two most recent years
5.      Two most recent bank statements on each savings and checking account
6.      Most recent quarterly statement on each investment or 401K account
7.      Date of birth (or copy of driver’s license) of each borrower
