The Real Estate Assistance ProgramSM (REAPSM) is an innovative system designed by Wright Associated to help business owners enhance their employee benefit portfolios by offering their employees reliable and convenient real estate services. Our goal is to form a business-to-business relationship in which we will work with the affiliated business owners, their employees, and referrals in a professional manner with utmost respect for their schedules. While the main benefit to business owners is improved employee benefits, incentives such as marketing opportunities with Wright Associated and a reduced fee system for their employees are included as well.
How REAPSM Works
Your company will be assigned a Wright Associated Agent to manage your employees’ needs. The Agent will meet with your company’s Human Resources representative on a regular basis to keep updated on any company or employment changes. An initial meeting will take place with each employee at their workplace. Future meetings will take place at the employee’s convenience outside of work hours unless otherwise approved by you. This program is the ultimate in maximizing the benefits to your employees at no cost to your company, with ease of implementation.
